PROCESSING TIME

Your order begins processing as soon as it is placed, and a tracking number will be sent by the Shipping Confirmation email within a period of 1 - 2 working days since the order is placed. We always guarantee the delivery of your order, but in promotions and special offers it might be delayed due to overwhelming demand for our products.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Orders are shipped by our fulfillment center in Asia and will usually reach you via your local postal service at your shipping destination.

We usually deliver orders during local business hours (i.e. Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) by local postal system or DHL Express.

If you are not at shipping destination when delivery, your order will be left in your postbox if it is small enough. In case the postal service does not have access to your postbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for you to pick up. Moreover, they will also leave a note in order to make you aware of the package and pickup location.

In case you chose DHL Express, this company will be responsible for the delivery of your order.

The purchased product comes from China which means that the purchaser must pay all taxes and customs duties and comply with the laws according to the corresponding legislation in their country of residence.

We cannot be held responsible for any import charges made by your country's customs. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay additional fees. 

We are NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with their local post office.

We are not able to accommodate order changes or shipping address modifications once the order is confirmed.
