For any other type of purchases, these terms are an agreement between you and MILLNER CO LIMITED and goods and/or services will be directly delivered by MILLNER CO LIMITED.
These terms and conditions represent the final and complete agreement of the parties and no terms or conditions in any way modifying or changing the provisions stated herein shall be binding upon Our Company unless made in writing and signed and approved by an officer or other authorized person at Our Company. No modification of any of these terms shall be modified by Our Company's shipment of goods following receipt of Buyers purchase order, shipping request or similar forms containing printed terms and conditions additional to or in conflict with the terms herein. If any term, clause or provision is declared to held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration or holding shall not affect the validity of any other term, clause or provision herein contained.
This agreement and matters connected with the performance thereof shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the law of the Hong Kong. Further, it shall be construed to be between merchants.
Our Company specifically represents that any goods to be delivered hereunder will be produced in compliance with the requirements of the Fair Labor Standard Act of 1939, as amended.

Your order begins processing as soon as it is placed, and a tracking number will be sent by the Shipping Confirmation email within a period of 1 - 2 working days since the order is placed.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Orders are shipped by our partners in China and will usually reach you via your local postal service at your shipping destination.
We usually deliver orders during local business hours (i.e. Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) by local postal system or DHL Express.
If you are not at shipping destination when delivery, your order will be left in your postbox if it is small enough. In case the postal service does not have access to your postbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for you to pick up. Moreover, they will also leave a note in order to make you aware of the package and pickup location.
In case you chose DHL Express, this company will be responsible for the delivery of your order.
The purchased products comes from China which means that the purchaser must pay all taxes and customs duties and comply with the laws according to the corresponding legislation in their country of residence.
We cannot be held responsible for any import charges made by your country's customs. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay additional fees.
We are NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with their local post office.
We are not able to accommodate order changes or shipping address modifications once the order is confirmed.
We always guarantee the delivery of your order. However, in promotions and special offers it might be delayed due to overwhelming demand for our products.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We are not able to accommodate order changes once the order is confirmed. You will have to wait until the order is delivered to do a change or refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
From 15 days on, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund for shipping costs.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and you must return your order to the address on your package. When we have proof of returned shipment, we will issue you a refund or resend the exchanged product right away.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
Millner Co. products are covered by a limited warranty against any manufacturing defect for a period of 24 months since their purchase date.
This warranty will be valid only when proof of purchase (indicating the purchase date, model, and the dealer's name) is sent together with the defective product during the period covered by the warranty. Millner Co. reserves its right not to provide free warranty service if the documents mentioned are not submitted or if the information that they contain is incomplete or illegible. If the defective watch is returned within the warranty period, Millner Co. assumes a commitment to repair or replace it or any of its parts at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover shipment costs.
Once the warranty expires, repairs are subject to a service charge.
LIMITATIONS ON THE WARRANTY
This warranty does not cover any of the following situations:
- a) Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters
- b) Malfunction or damage caused by unsuitable use or carelessness (knocks, crushing, denting, breaking of the glass, etc.) or accidents
- c) Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear
- d) Consumable material (components that are expected to require periodic changes during the product's life such as batteries)
