HOW SAFE IS IT TO PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR SITE? WILL YOU HAVE ACCESS TO MY BANK DETAILS?
Your card details are secure, payments are processed through our hosting and store provider (Shopify) which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
Millner Co. itself does not have access to your card details and your payment which is processed through Shopify is later remitted to ourselves.
WHY WAS I CHARGED WITHOUT COMPLETING AN ORDER?
Often, even if you were unable to process the order as, for example, the Billing Address was not matching your credit card's registered address, it often happens that banks temporarily put the amount of the order on hold.
As our website uses the most advanced payment gateway technologies, you will not pay unless the order is completed. If you think you had been charged without completing an order, just call your bank and they will confirm that they temporarily put your money on hold and that they will be available again soon.
Please, note that this measures are entirely up to your bank and we cannot take money from you in any way if you don't successfully complete the purchase.

Your order begins processing as soon as it is placed, and a tracking number will usually update within a period of 1 - 2 working days since the order is placed. We always guarantee the delivery of your order and ensure the product will arrive in a maximum period of thirty days.
DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS TO MY COUNTRY?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Although shipping times may vary depending on your location.
HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?
Your items are shipped by our fulfillment center and will usually reach you via your local postal service at your shipping destination.
WHERE ARE YOU SHIPPING FROM?
We ship orders from our warehouse in China. As a result, we are able to keep our costs low and pass on savings to the customer. This is why sometimes our items take a little longer to arrive at your door.
WHAT TIME ARE DELIVERIES USUALLY MADE?
Our products are usually delivered during local business hours (i.e. Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) by your local postal system.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY?
Not to worry, most of our items will be left in your postbox if they are small enough. If the postal service does not have access to your postbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for you to pick up. They will also leave a note to make you aware of the package and pickup location.
In case you chose DHL Express, this company will be responsible for the delivery of your order.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS, DUTIES, OR IMPORT TAXES?
The purchased product comes from China which means that the purchaser must pay all taxes and customs duties and comply with the laws according to the corresponding legislation in their country of residence.
We cannot be held responsible for any import charges made by your country's customs. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay additional fees.
We are NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with their local post office.
I INPUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?
We work with an automated fulfillment platform. As a result, your order begins processing almost immediately after you submit your order.
As long as you reach out to us immediately regarding changing your address, we may be able to make the change before your item is processed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address in any other cases.
CAN I CHANGE MY BILLING ADDRESS?
The billing addresses is currently non editable to prevent and secure against payments fraud. Please note that all details submitted are final.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I'M UNHAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE?
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We are unfortunately unable to provide a refund for shipping costs on promotional products. The shipping cost is incurred by our logistics partner right when your order is placed, and there is no product price for us to refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and you must return your order to the address on your package. When we have proof of returned shipment, we will issue you a refund right away.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?
Once your order is placed, we work with an automated fulfillment partner that begins packaging and preparation for shipment almost immediately.
As a result, we incur the shipping cost of your order almost immediately. The shipping cost is unfortunately non-refundable. This means that we cannot cancel/refund free promotional products.
However, if you are unhappy with your non-promotional product order, you can return it to us for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
To receive a refund for a non-promotional product, you must return your order to the address on your package. When we have proof of returned shipment, we will issue you a refund right away.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM AND EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT?
Provided that the returned non-promotional item is in perfect condition, exchanges are possible. Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort something out for you!
WHAT IF I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT MY ORDER?
If you have changed your mind about your order, please contact support as soon as possible. Our automated fulfillment system begins processing as soon as you order.
However, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate your requests if you don't email us almost immediately after purchasing.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, our order fulfillment process begins almost immediately after your order is placed. As a result, we are not unable to accommodate order change requests at this time.
Once you receive your product, and if you are not fully satisfied, you can follow our Returns Policy to return your order.
If you have changed your mind about your order, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com and let us know what's happening. Our team will be happy to assist you in finding a solution.
However, since your order might be processed quickly by our logistics team, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your requests.
REQUEST OF CANCELLATION
Formal request of cancellation WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED if sent to our customer service email address firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours from the purchase.
Please, note that we cannot guarantee to accept your request of cancellation if your email did not reach us within 2 hours from the time the purchase was made.
This is because our logistics team might have already processed the order.
If you cannot request a change or cancellation on time, you must wait for your parcel to be delivered before you can return it to us. The return will be arranged at your own expenses.
DAMAGED ITEMS & ORDER ISSUES

We're so sorry to hear the order arrived damaged!
Please send us a photo of the damaged item in which we can see the broken item and the packaging. We will send you another identical product, free of charge.
THE WRONG ITEM ARRIVED. WHAT CAN I DO?
We're very sorry to hear that you received the incorrect product. Sometimes our fulfillment team does make mistakes, and we sincerely apologize for this.
If this is indeed the case, please send us a quick photo of the incorrect item(s) you received. We will make it up to you by sending you an identical product right away, free of charge. You can keep the additional product you received as well.
